Website support
For broken links, display problems, accessibility issues or Arrival playback problems, email a short description to:
Include the page address, device model, operating system and browser when possible. A screenshot can help, but remove private information first.
Product support
Lumora Prospect is available on the App Store. Lumora Nori, Lumora StateAware and Lumora Auren are in development. Lumora Bridge is planned hardware.
Lumora Prospect now has dedicated pages for support and privacy. Equivalent information will be published before other products become publicly available. This website does not currently sell products or subscriptions.
Safety and sensitive information
- Never send passwords, access codes or payment information.
- Avoid sending precise find locations, private family information or sensitive child data by ordinary email.
- Lumora support is not an emergency, medical or crisis service.
