Privacy at Lumora Horizon

The website is designed to collect as little information as possible. There are no advertising trackers, analytics tools, user accounts or contact forms.

Who is responsible

LUMORA TECH NILSEN, organization number 837 844 622, is responsible for personal data processed through this website and its official contact email.

What the website uses

Basic server logs

The hosting service may automatically record technical details such as IP address, time, requested page, browser and error information. These details are used to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website. The basis is the legitimate interest in providing a stable and secure website.

Email enquiries

If you email Lumora, the message, address and information you choose to provide are used to answer and follow up your enquiry. The basis is the legitimate interest in responding, or taking steps you request before a possible agreement. Messages are kept only as long as needed for the enquiry and applicable record keeping obligations.

Cookies, analytics and marketing

Lumora Horizon does not currently use cookies, advertising pixels, behavioural analytics, browser storage or profiling.

If analytics, newsletters, accounts or other optional tools are added later, this notice and any required choice controls will be updated before those tools are activated.

Service providers and sharing

The domain, website hosting and business email are provided through Domene AS. A provider may process limited technical or email data only to deliver and protect these services. Lumora does not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

This notice covers lumorahorizon.no only. Lumora Prospect has a separate product-specific privacy notice. Other Lumora apps will receive equivalent information before public release.

The official App Store link for Lumora Prospect opens Apple's store, which processes visits and downloads under its own privacy notice.

Your rights

Depending on the situation, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability or object to processing. Contact Lumora using the email above. Identity may need to be verified before a request is completed.

You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.no.
